About this role

Job Summary Provide mentorship and support to students at risk, including academic, emotional, and behavioural guidance through regular engagement, home visits, and after-school programmes. Monitor student progress, work closely with school staff, and recommend interventions to support students’ development and school re-engagement. Responsibilities Build and maintain positive relationships with students to support their overall development Provide academic and socio-emotional support during school hours when students need help catching up or reintegrating Conduct home visits and escort students to school if they are absent for more than 3 days without valid reasons Plan and run after-school programmes (e.g. academic support, mentoring, engagement activities) aligned with student needs Monitor and identify students’ needs, and report to school leaders for further support Provide regular feedback on student progress and programme effectiveness Review programmes each term and suggest improvements Work closely with school staff and maintain professionalism in all interactions Requirements At least 2 years working with children & youth in school settings Other Infromation Location: Tanglin Halt Working Schedule: Tuesday (8am - 5pm) Wednesday (8am - 2.30pm) Service not required during School Holiday periods Salary: $1,400 - $1,800 Yana Norzamry | Personnel Registration No: R26160959 | EA Licence No.91C2918
