Job Summary Manage and support merchant accounts by handling enquiries, resolving issues, processing documentation, and maintaining strong business relationships. Analyse data, generate reports, and identify opportunities to promote relevant products and services while providing administrative and customer support. Responsibilities Manage and maintain relationships with merchants. Respond to enquiries and resolve operational issues. Process merchant documentation and system updates. Generate reports and analyse business data. Support merchant performance reviews and account management. Promote relevant products and services to merchants. Provide administrative and customer service support. Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team.
