We are seeking a strategic and analytical Data Scientist II to drive impactful data initiatives, support operational excellence, and influence business decisions through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities Data Strategy & Business Impact Develop and execute data-driven strategies that influence operational performance and business outcomes. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and provide actionable recommendations. Advanced Analytics & Modelling Design, develop, and maintain analytical models using large and complex datasets. Utilize SQL and big data technologies to uncover insights and support decision-making. Perform root-cause analysis to investigate operational issues and performance trends. Reporting & Visualization Build and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPI tracking systems. Translate complex datasets into clear visualizations and executive-ready insights. Stakeholder Management Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate across operations, product, and business teams to align data initiatives with organizational goals. Continuous Improvement Drive process optimization initiatives through analytics and automation. Promote best practices in data science, reporting, and AI-enabled workflows. Requirements Must-Have Skills 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or operational analytics. Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, query optimization, and data extraction from multiple sources. Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau or equivalent. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Proven ability to turn data into compelling business stories and recommendations. Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, or decision-making. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation. Familiarity with big data platforms such as Hive, Presto, or similar technologies. Background in customer operations, technical operations, shared services, or support environments. Exposure to KPI management, operational performance measurement, and process improvement initiatives. Project management experience is advantageous.
