Project Manager (Aei | Shopping Mall | Architect Planning)

The Opportunity: Work Hours: Mon to Fri $5,500 - $8,000 Basic + AWS + PB Global Real Estate Group with Multiple Shopping Malls (AEI) The Job: Serve as the key liaison between internal project managers, vendors, consultants, and contractors, ensuring smooth coordination, clear communication, and alignment across all project stakeholders. Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including tender preparation, vendor evaluation, negotiations, and contract approvals to support project execution. Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets, overseeing cost control, change orders, expenditure tracking, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure projects remain within budget. Drive project execution by coordinating architects, consultants, and contractors, monitoring milestones and deliverables, facilitating project meetings, and liaising with relevant authorities to secure approvals and ensure regulatory compliance.
