Job Summary You will be the key contributor to payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate paycheck processing while maintaining client satisfaction. You will analyze payroll details, address tax complexities, and support the organization’s financial health through a reliable payroll system. Responsibilities Process payroll accurately and on schedule to ensure employees receive correct pay on payday Verify payroll instructions including employment contracts, timesheets, receipts, and front office information to ensure data accuracy Process associates’ payroll in compliance with business terms, local legislation, and audit requirements using the appointed system Ensure accurate and timely salary payments and distribution of payslips to associates Verify billing instructions including service agreements, timesheets, receipts, and front office information for accuracy Process client billing according to agreed terms, local laws, and audit standards using the appointed system Follow up with clients to confirm receipt of invoices and resolve billing queries promptly Ensure accurate and timely invoice delivery, adhering to invoicing requirements and modes Submit statutory contributions such as CPF and SDL accurately and on time Deliver monthly closing reports to Finance accurately and within deadlines Provide adhoc reports to branches within agreed timelines to support operational needs Collaborate with finance and HR teams to streamline payroll and billing processes for improved efficiency Maintain payroll system updates and data integrity to ensure reliable operations Communicate effectively with employees to resolve payroll inquiries and enhance satisfaction Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive payroll information with discretion Required competencies and certifications Minimum Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in payroll processing and administration Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in payroll and billing Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees and clients Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information responsibly Team player with collaborative skills to work effectively across departments
