Junior Bank Operations (Corporate Actions)

We are partnering with a leading bank to hire a Junior Bank Operations (Corporate Actions) Contract until 30th Dec 2026 Responsibilities 1. Check and ensure that all Singapore market corporate action events are processed correctly and promptly. 2. Ensure prompt notification to clients on voluntary corporate action events such as rights, dividend with options, expiry of warrants, tender, SG REITs and meetings etc. 3. Check that clients’ instructions are executed accordingly. 4. Ensure that clients’ entitlements are protected. 5. Handle clients’ enquiries and provide timely responses. 6. Maintain high standard of service quality. 7. Assist to in peak season proxy processing. Requirement >1 years of experience in Bank Operations especially in the area of Corporate action can apply Tertiary education with a good academic track record. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Fluency in English is essential. Clear written & verbal communication skills with all levels of staff Client-oriented mindset Meticulous and good team player Ability to work independently & drive initiatives forward until delivery. Ability to work effectively with both Front Office and Support staff, at all levels.
