The Opportunity: Permanent, full-time opportunity Salary: up to $6000 The Client: Adecco is partnering with a well-established community hospital dedicated to providing holistic, patient-centred care for adults and seniors. We are looking for a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team, where you'll play a meaningful role in helping patients regain independence, improve functional abilities, and enhance their quality of life. Key Responsibilities Assess patients and develop individualised occupational therapy treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based interventions and monitor patient's progress. Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support rehabilitation goals. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team on discharge planning and continuity of care. Ensure compliance with clinical standards, quality, and patient safety guidelines. Support staff training and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Requirements Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy recognised by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC). Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
