Operations & Logitstics Assistant

Supplier & Vendor Management: Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Inventory Control: Track and manage stock levels, procurement needs, and warehouse activities. Project Support: Assist the coordinator team with event or project setup, dismantling, and on-site coordination where required. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline operational workflows. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of shipments, orders, and inventory; prepare periodic logistics reports. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operational and logistics activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations. Job Requirements 📌Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence. 📌Organised, detail-driven, and adaptable in fast-paced environments 📌Excellent communicator with strong teamwork and execution skills 📌Diploma in Logistics, Operations, or related field is a bonus!
