Sales Engineer

Job description About the role The Sales Engineer is responsible to promote and grow our process analyzer solutions. The role involves identifying business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and providing technical support to customers. What you'll be doing Identify, evaluate, and develop new markets, regions, and customer segments Strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic accounts Take ownership of client pre-qualification documents, surveys, and compliance submissions. Attend to new sales enquiries and lead quotation preparation Lead commercial negotiations with customers on pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and contractual conditions. Ensure all negotiated terms are properly reviewed, approved, and documented in accordance with Company procedures. Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking for the region. Ensure accuracy and discipline in pipeline data and revenue projections. Prepare and submit periodic sales reports to Management. Support Management in business planning and decision-making with reliable sales analytics. Act as a key commercial interface with customers throughout the sales cycle. Support customer meetings, presentations, and technical/commercial discussions. Ensure customer expectations, commercial commitments, and assumptions are clearly communicated and aligned internally. Support effective handover from Sales to Project Business Unit upon award. What we're looking for Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Chemical industries, preferably in process analyzers or instrumentation. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
