About the role Advanced CAE Pte Ltd is seeking an HR & Admin Executive to join our team on a full-time basis at our Bukit Batok West Region office. This is a pivotal role that combines human resources and administrative functions, serving as a key support pillar for our organisation. As an HR & Admin Executive, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of HR and administrative activities that directly contribute to the smooth operation of our business and the wellbeing of our workforce. Key responsibilities Oversee full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, staff orientation, staff performance management, leave management, manpower planning, employee relations, talent management, training & development, compensation & benefits and exit interview Involved in developing & implementing HR initiatives in line with the organisation strategic direction Provide HR advisory services & solutions to line managers and business leaders Process monthly payroll, CPF submission, OT, Expenses Claims & Time Management System Prepare staff correspondence letter, ensure that all staff personal file are properly maintained and staff information are up-to-date and updated to HR system Maintain up-to-date recruitment progress report and resignation database and all related interview communication Assist in managing employee relations through gathering feedbacks – listening, understanding managing & resolving conflicts & grievance Staff welfare/events administration Office safety & security Coordinate in implementation of training and development activities, attendance, compile training evaluation record and prepare report. Apply for relevant government funds for training needs Updating & maintaining monthly HR activities, staff movement and costing reports Office administrative support including travel and hotel arrangements and staff insurance Perform other HR and Admin related ad hoc duties as and when assigned. What we're looking for Certificate/Diploma in HRM or equivalent Min 2 years of relevant experience in performing general HR duties; and payroll administration.
