Key Responsibilities : Project Support : • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities. • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and schedules. • Track project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders. • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes. Accounting Support : • Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure alignment with financial goals. • Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports. • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports related to project activities. • Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Administrative Tasks : • Manage correspondence and communication between project teams and stakeholders. • Maintain organized records and filing systems for project-related documents. • Support procurement activities, including vendor selection and contract management. Compliance and Reporting : • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Prepare and submit accurate financial and project reports to management. Qualifications Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, project coordination, or administrative roles. Familiarity with project management tools and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, MS Project). Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
