BIM Coordinator

Job Summary: Leads the development and coordination of complex documentation and BIM models. Acts as a key resource for technical detailing, authority submissions and resolving design coordination issues. Key Responsibilities : Develop and produce detailed design and technical drawings and statutory documentation for complex project packages. Coordinate design documentation across disciplines and resolve clashes and technical issues. Manage and update BIM models in line with project and regulatory requirements. Prepare and support regulatory submissions and coordinate technical responses. Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to documentation quality. Key Competencies: Strong capability in detailing, documentation, and BIM modelling. Able to detect and resolve technical coordination issues independently. Familiar with regulatory submission standards and digital submission workflows. Confident in coordinating across multiple disciplines and project stages. Demonstrate ability to work independently while guiding junior staff. Requirements & Attributes: Diploma/Degree in Architecture with minimum 5 years industry experience. At least 5 Years BIM (REVIT) related project implementation experience. At least 2-4 completed Revit projects. Excellent knowledge and experience of Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit Architecture with Certification–Autodesk Revit Certified Professional Exam.
