Sales Manager

A Sales Manager leads, motivates, and manages a sales team to achieve or exceed revenue targets and quotas. They are responsible for recruiting, training, and coaching sales staff, setting performance goals, developing strategic sales plans, and analyzing data to improve sales processes Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Hiring, training, mentoring, and motivating sales representatives to achieve individual and team quotas. Strategy Development: Creating and implementing sales plans, campaigns, and strategies to increase revenue. Performance Management: Monitoring KPIs, analyzing sales data, forecasting, and reporting results to senior leadership. Customer & Sales Operations: Managing client relationships, assisting with high-level negotiations, and managing CRM hygiene. Process Improvement: Refining sales techniques, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with marketing on lead generation
