About this role

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Plan, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels. Manage the company's website, ensuring content is updated, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO). Conduct keyword research and implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve website visibility and traffic. Create and oversee content marketing initiatives, including blogs, videos, graphics, and email campaigns. Manage the company's social media presence and engagement across multiple platforms. Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite. Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance, including traffic, conversions, ROI, and customer engagement. Coordinate with designers, content creators, developers, and external agencies to deliver marketing campaigns. Identify new digital marketing trends, technologies, and opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness. Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution. Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies and relevant advertising regulations. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools. Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS is an advantage. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
