Contract Manager

- Contractual Administration: Managing the full spectrum of contract administration, including reviewing commercial terms, identifying potential risks, and drafting correspondence to protect company interests. - Cost Management & Quantity Surveying: Conducting cost estimation, cost control, budgeting, and taking off measurements. - Tendering & Procurement: Preparing tender documents, analyzing tender submissions, and negotiating main contractor/supplier agreements. - Claims & Variations: Managing, preparing, and negotiating progress claims, variation orders. - Final Accounts: Settling final accounts with Main Contractor and clients. - Working Hours - Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm.
