Planning and Scheduling Develop, maintain, and manage detailed EPC schedules for FPSO topside modules and Oil& Gas platforms project. Coordinate and integrate planning inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Monitor progress and performance against the baseline schedule; identify variances, analyze delays, and recommend corrective actions. Prepare weekly and monthly planning reports, S-curves, manpower histograms, rundown curves and schedule risk assessments. Support interface management between yard teams, engineering centres, and client representatives to ensure alignment on planning deliverables. Ensure schedule verification and potential ‘cold eye reviews’ are conducted. Continuous Improvement & Planning Systems Drive improvement of planning methodologies, work processes, and schedule governance frameworks. Implement best practices from other locations in schedule development, progress measurement, forecasting, and change management. Enhance digital tools and reporting systems for greater accuracy and efficiency. Support audits and quality assurance activities within the planning function . Cross-Functional Support Provide planning advice and clarification to various project disciplines as needed. Support risk management, cost control, and change management processes by providingaccurate schedule impacts and forecasts. Provide planning insights during management reviews, internal workshops, andcross-departmental improvement programs. Team Development Ensure that personnel within the Aibel organisation have a good understanding of the schedule. Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and technical support to junior and intermediate planners. Develop training materials, conduct internal workshops, and promote planning excellence within the team. Encourage knowledge sharing and enforce consistent use of planning standards. Tender Support Lead planning deliverables for tender submissions, including development of tender schedules, execution strategies, schedule narratives, and resource forecasts. Work closely with tender managers, estimators, and discipline leads to develop competitive and realistic bid schedules. Participate in schedule clarification meetings with clients as required. Tender Support Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisor. Work Experience More than 10 years of experience in EPC planning of FPSO / platform construction / modification projects with 3 years of experience in managerial/lead role Advanced user of Primavera P6 , with strong planning/reporting tool proficiency. Experience with Safran planning software is an advantage, but not essential. Proficient in the use of excel and ability to adapt quickly to new IT tools. Solid understanding of project controls, change management, and multi-disciplinary project execution. Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience within a planning function. Organized and details oriented Qualifications Must hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management,Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
