Trainee Planner

Job responsibilities: Undergo trainings to be able to perform planning activities. Assist in development of Level 4 Critical Path Schedule for projects. Assist in identifying the delays and evaluating the consequences to the schedule. Liaise with various disciplines and prepare weekly and monthly reports for review by management before issuance to client. Assist in preparing ‘S’ Curves, Manpower Histograms, and run-down curves. Assist in schedule updates and preparation of look ahead schedules. Assist in preparing / incorporating schedule for variations. Follow up with project team to ensure that activities are completed on time. Support Project Manager, Planning Manager, and other project team with reports for analysis and decision-making. Attend periodic project meetings that take place in the office or at site. Any other ad hoc planning activities to support the projects / tenders. Work Experience: NA Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master's degree in engineering Other Skills: Fluency in English and ability to prepare reports / analysis Ability to maintain confidentiality of official data and documents Ability to prioritize and switch tasks in a busy and demanding environment with minimal supervision.
