Responsibilities: Attend inquiries, quotations, and taking orders including fulfilling the customer's order requirements. Organize sales presentations and ensure presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines. Contact customers to inform on the procedural and to understand their level of satisfaction. Collaborate with sales staff to monitor active purchase orders and ensure orders are completed on time. Report inventory or service issues to management or Sales Manager immediately Provide advice and assistance to customers with regard to technical issues. Minimum GCE ‘O’ leve with 1 year of sales support experience. Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with knowledge in SAP preferred.
