Project Manager (Electrical) /M&E @Central

Responsibilities: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure are completed on time & within budget. Oversee design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems. Lead a teams of engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. A contact for clients / contractors / gov bodies to provide regular updates and addressing concerns. Ensure all M&E work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and quality control procedures. Identify project risks and challenges and develop effective solutions Manage project budgets, including labor, materials, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources. Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering. Min at least 5 years of Project Management in M&E and involved in Data Centre projects.
