Corporate Compliance Officer

A leader in Shipping and Logistics company is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates for the Corporate Compliance Specialist position based in Singapore. Job Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s corporate compliance framework, ensuring adherence to global regulations and internal governance standards. Conduct due diligence on business partners, vendors, and transactions to identify and mitigate compliance risks. Deliver internal compliance training programs to staff, raising awareness of regulatory obligations, ethical conduct, and company policies. Monitor regulatory developments across relevant jurisdictions and advise management on compliance implications. Draft, review, and update compliance policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices and evolving legal requirements. Support investigations, audits, and reporting requirements, ensuring documentation is accurate and audit‑ready. Act as the point of contact for compliance inquiries across departments, providing guidance and support to stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline. 3 years of professional experience incorporate compliance, governance, or risk management. Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, due diligence processes, and regulatory requirements. Experience in developing and delivering compliance training programs. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to engage across global teams. Strong analytical skills, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
