Job Position: F&B Executive Monthly Salary: From $2,500 onwards Job Responsibilities Ushering the guests warmly upon arrival and escorting them to their tables with the menus. Serve food and beverages to guests according to established fine-dining service standards in a timely-manner. Be knowledgeable about the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods. Anticipate and fulfil customer needs, such as refilling water glasses or providing additional utensils. Present and explain the bill to customers, as well as process payments accurately and efficiently. Address customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain high-quality hygiene standards. Carry out any ad-hoc duties as assigned. Job Requirements Customer-oriented and proactive Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food safety standards. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, as our customers primarily communicate in English.
