SOFTWARE ENGINEER Roles& Responsibilities As part of a squad team, build robust solutions for workflow automation and data generation across on-premise and cloud environments. Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Project/Squad Leaders to understand product objectives and roadmaps, ensuring alignment and prioritization of development activities to meet project goals. Own and drive the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Design, develop, and maintain efficient, scalable, and maintainable code. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback. Develop and execute component, integration, and validation testing. Improve product maintainability and service reliability by identifying pain points and implementing enhancements. Support post-release maintenance, troubleshooting, and product enhancements. Create technical documentation, user guides, and process documentation. Analyze current processes and propose automation-driven improvements to increase operational efficiency. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing through documentation, mentoring, and training sessions. Develop Validation Test Plans (VTP) and implement validation strategies and best practices. Investigate validation failures, perform root cause analysis, and resolve issues through source code optimization and system improvements. Support validat…
