Responsibilities Perform electrical wiring according to specifications, drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate installations Install photovoltaic structures following technical requirements and safety guidelines Complete assigned technical tasks from management to support project goals Communicate clearly with coworkers to coordinate work and meet project deadlines Follow company safety and quality protocols to maintain a safe work environment and high-quality output Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in electrical work or related fields is advantageous Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings is beneficial Demonstrate organization, responsibility, and ability to work independently Adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks effectively Willingness to commit to overtime as needed Open to entry-level candidates; training will be provided
