As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a passionate Security Solution Consultant (Pre-Sales) to join our Security Business Unit. The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technical consultant who enjoys engaging customers, understanding business challenges and designing practical cybersecurity solutions. Working alongside our Enterprise Sales Managers, you will lead technical discussions, conduct solution workshops, develop solution architectures and help customers build secure, modern IT environments. If you enjoy combining technology expertise with customer engagement, we'd love to meet you. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement Participate in customer discovery meetings. Understand customer business and security requirements. Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations. Deliver executive and technical workshops. Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders. Solution Consulting Design cybersecurity, cloud and AI solution architectures. Recommend appropriate security controls and best practices. Prepare solution proposals and technical documentation. Develop Statements of Work (SOW). Conduct solution sizing and estimation. Pre-Sales Support Support the sales team during customer engagements. Respond to technical RFPs, RFIs and tenders. Participate in proof-of-concepts (POCs). Present technical solutions during customer evaluations. Address technical objections during the sales cycle. Technical Leadership Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies. Evaluate new products and services. Develop reusable solution templates. Share knowledge with internal teams. Mentor junior consultants where appropriate. Delivery Support Provide technical guidance during project implementation to ensure successful customer outcomes. Solution Portfolio You will work across a broad portfolio including: Cybersecurity Security Assessments Identity & Access Security Endpoint Security Data Security Threat Protection Security Operations Managed Security Services Artificial Intelligence AI Readiness Assessments AI Governance AI Adoption Business Process Automation Cloud & Modern Workplace Cloud Modernisation Infrastructure Security Productivity Solutions Managed Cloud Services Professional Services Advisory Services Technology Assessments Security Workshops Architecture Reviews Implementation Planning Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud or infrastructure consulting. Experience designing enterprise technology solutions. Strong presentation and communication skills. Customer-facing consulting experience. Experience preparing technical proposals. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in business language. Preferred Technical Experience Experience with one or more of the following: Cybersecurity Platforms SIEM / SOC Solutions Identity & Access Management Endpoint Protection Cloud Security Microsoft 365 Azure Virtualisation Networking Firewalls Backup & Disaster Recovery Hybrid Cloud Professional Certifications (Preferred) Candidates holding one or more of the following certifications will have an advantage: Microsoft ISC² ISACA CompTIA Security+ CISSP CCSP CISM AZ-500 SC-200 Equivalent experience is also highly valued.
