About the Role Alice Boulangerie is looking for a proactive, organised, and commercially-minded Corporate Sales & Operations Coordinator to support the growth of our corporate catering and events business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, keeping projects organised, and ensuring clients receive a seamless experience from enquiry to event completion. You will support the Corporate Sales team by managing enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating event operations like buffet catering, bentos and cocktail canape events while maintaining client relationships. When operational demands are lighter, you will actively contribute to business development through lead generation and sales outreach. Key Responsibilities Corporate Sales Support · Respond to incoming corporate enquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp. · Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and customized menus for buffet, bento or canape catering. · Follow up with clients to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. · Manage client communication throughout the sales process. · Escalate complex negotiations, VIP clients, or bespoke proposals to the Corporate Sales Manager. · Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide a high standard of customer service. · Keep accurate records of enquiries, opportunities, and follow-ups within the CRM system. Business Development When salesoperations are under control, you will actively contribute to expanding Alice Boulangerie's corporate business by: · Researching and identifying potential corporate clients and partnership opportunities. · Conducting cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting. · Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. · Scheduling meetings with prospective clients. · Following up on dormant and warm leads. · Supporting outreach campaign sand corporate marketing initiatives. · Contributing ideas to grow the corporate catering and gifting business. Sales Operations · Prepare event orders and communicate requirements accurately with the kitchen and operations team. · Coordinate event logistics and ensure all operational timelines are met. · Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and supporting sales documents. · Follow up on outstanding payments and required documentation. · Maintain organised client records, templates, and operational files. · Ensure all confirmed events are handed over accurately for execution. Administration &Process Improvement · Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline trackers. · Support improvements to sales and operational workflows. · Assist with ad hoc projects assigned by the management team. · Help build and maintain templates, SOPs, and internal documentation. Requirements · Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality, Events, Marketing, or a related field. · 1–3 years of experience incorporate sales support, account coordination, hospitality, events, customer service, or business development is preferred. · Strong organizational skillsand excellent attention to detail. · Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. · Confident communicating professionally through phone calls, emails, and meetings. · Comfortable conducting outbound sales calls and lead generation. · Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. · Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Excel. · Experience with CRM systems, Canva, or invoicing software is an advantage. · Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
