Corporate Secretarial Executive Up till $3,300 + Bonus 5 days work week Supportive, growth-oriented work environment with clear career progression REQUIREMENTS: ICSA qualification or Diploma/Degree in Law, Business, or related field 2 years’ corporate secretarial experience in a professional or corporate services firm Well versed with Singapore Companies Act and ACRA filing requirements. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with the Companies Act and other statutory requirements. Prepare and file statutory documents with ACRA accurately and within deadlines. Draft basic resolutions, minutes, and other corporate documents. Maintain and update corporate records and registers. Liaise with clients and relevant government agencies professionally. Support senior team members in handling more complex corporate secretarial matters.
