ACMV Project Engineer (Up To $3500+Pb) (Training Provided)

Position: Project Engineer (ACMV) Salary: up $3500 + Performance Bonus Working Day: 5.5 Days (Alt Sat) (may require to work on weekends when necessary) Working Hour: 9am - 6pm | 9am - 1pm Working Location (office): Loyang Crescent (may be required to be station out of office) Job Responsibilities: To guarantee efficient execution, oversee all project activities, teams, and site operations. Effectively coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, landlords, consultants, and clients. Create and evaluate project safety paperwork, risk assessments, and permits. Assist with projects from pre-contract to completion while adhering to scope, budget, and timeline specifications. Examine contracts, specifications, and tenders with a particular emphasis on cost negotiation. Keep an eye on budget control, variation work, progress payments, and project costing. Create technical proposals, tender submissions, supplier quotes, and project plans. Attend customer and consultant meetings to discuss problems and monitor developments. Qualifications & Requirements: At least Diploma in Electrical/Electronic or equivalent. Working experience in ACMV industry.
