Engineering Assistant (Reliability Engineering)

Trained in reliability testing procedures, laboratory requirements, and testing workflows. Prepared and submitted reliability test reports in accordance with laboratory standards. Analyzed test data to identify abnormalities, inconsistencies, and testing errors. Reported findings to engineers and assisted in developing corrective action plans. Coordinated with supervisors and shift technicians to perform follow-up actions, including amendments and re-testing where required. Investigated product issues by providing initial findings and liaising with the Failure Analysis team to obtain root cause analysis results. Supported investigations into laboratory errors by working with engineers and supervisors to implement corrective actions and arrange re-testing when necessary. Requirements: Diploma Holder or Nitec in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent. 2 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing/Lab environment will be advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Possess positive mind set and willingness to learn. Transport pick-up at Bedok MRT station. 5 days work week Bedok Area Electronics MFG Co.
