Customer Support Technician (Industrial Manufacturing/North Area)

Coordinate customer return repairs, evaluations, and rework activities, ensuring timely resolution and quality compliance. Coordinate with QA, Engineering, Production, and Repair teams to ensure timely repair and analysis of returned products. Manage RMA/DMR documentation, parts traceability, and record retention. Handle customer complaints, coordinate failure analysis, and support root cause investigations with cross-functional teams. Provide repair status updates to customers and arrange final inspection and shipment of repaired parts. Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO, and internal quality procedures while identifying recurring issues for corrective and preventive actions. Requirements: Diploma/Higher Nitec in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial / Mechatronics Must be willing to travel to customer sites to perform repair, maintenance, and technical support activities. 5 days work week Woodland/Marsiling Area Industrial Manufacturing Co.
