Marketing Communications & Services Manager Job Summary The Marcom Manager will lead integrated marketing programs across APAC for a foodservice industry client, driving product marketing initiatives, building digital capabilities, and delivering communications that support commercial growth. Responsibilities Develop and execute product marketing plans to drive regional commercial growth Translate global product positioning into regionally relevant messaging across all marketing channels Collaborate with product line marketing teams to launch products, create collaterals, and develop sales enablement tools Coordinate with country teams to prioritize products and ensure local market fit Lead the digital marketing strategy for APAC to enhance brand presence and engagement Manage and continuously improve the APAC web presence to optimize user experience and lead generation Track digital marketing performance metrics and report insights to senior management for informed decision-making Build and manage customer and channel partner databases to enable targeted digital communications Manage day-to-day relationships with PR, advertising, and creative agencies to ensure aligned messaging and brand consistency Write, edit, and distribute press releases, e-newsletters, and corporate communications to engage stakeholders Maintain brand standards and corporate identity guidelines across all APAC markets to ensure consistency Develop the annual integrated communications plan covering print, digital, and event channels to maximize reach Plan, coordinate, and execute regional tradeshows and customer events to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement Manage logistics, booth setup, and post-event follow-up for all trade events to ensure smooth execution and lead capture Ensure event participation reflects the full brand portfolio to maximize marketing impact Preferred competencies and qualifications Degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field 5-8 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or agency environment, preferably in B2B or foodservice industry Proven experience in product marketing, brand management, or integrated marketing communications Strong digital marketing skills including SEO/SEM, social media platforms, and marketing automation tools Ability to manage a multi-brand portfolio and communicate distinct value propositions for each brand Strong writing and editing skills to produce clear and engaging marketing content Strong project management and delivery skills to handle multiple simultaneous programs effectively Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, culinary, and global marketing teams to align strategies Experience managing external agencies and vendors to ensure quality and timely deliverables Skilled in data analysis to interpret marketing metrics and optimize campaigns Ability to travel locally and regionally as required Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently
