Job Requirements Minimum LCCI, Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. At least 1–2 years of accounting experience; construction industry experience is an advantage. Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, AutoCount, or similar). Familiar with GST, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and bank reconciliation. Good organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail. Able to work independently and meet deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities Handle full or partial sets of accounts. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable. Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts. Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow. Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents. Assist in monthly financial reports and year-end audit preparations. Prepare GST schedules and support tax submissions. Follow up on outstanding payments and supplier invoices. Liaise with banks, suppliers, and customers. Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
