Building Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities Proficient in wet trades and/or dry trades Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or Foreman Report project progress to the Manager on a regular basis Plan, organize, and develop work schedules for site workers Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities Act as a liaison between workers and management Ensure adequate manpower and proper staffing for the project Assign tasks and monitor worker performance Ensure the project remains on schedule and within budget Follow all instructions given by the Manager or Employer Maintain strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines Ensure compliance with all workplace safety regulations Possess good mathematical skills for measurements and planning Maintain good physical condition and stamina Demonstrate a hardworking and responsible attitude
