Co-Ordinator

Key Responsibilities Assist the Head of Operations with daily operational activities, project planning, and coordination. Conduct site surveys and prepare technical documentation, including method statements, risk assessments, lifting plans, and other project-related documents. Coordinate manpower, equipment, transportation, and logistics to support site operations. Supervise the installation, commissioning, inspection, maintenance, relocation, and dismantling of construction equipment. Perform regular site inspections to ensure work is completed in accordance with client specifications, company standards, and safety regulations. Prepare and submit reports, inspection checklists, and project documentation to clients and internal stakeholders. Liaise with engineers to coordinate technical drawings, testing, inspections, and certification submissions. Conduct user training sessions, safety briefings, and support workplace safety initiatives and campaigns. Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and prepare detailed incident reports with corrective actions. Support the development, productivity, and well-being of assigned site personnel. Monitor equipment inventory, ensuring proper utilization, maintenance, and timely return of assets. Utilize the ERP system to manage operational activities, monitor project progress, and generate reports. Maintain accurate records to support audits and ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and applicable government regulations. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
