In charge of hiring process In charge of daily roster Planning In charge of operational related paper work and annual evaluation security agency license renewal Able to work in shift and 6 working days per week Able to work during weekends and Public Holiday Able to travel to India & China frequently Experience in Security Agency Station in both Singapore & India Manages security logistic stock and inventory Assists top management in setting goals that promote company growth Provides advice and guidance to colleagues Manages operation team workloads in order to meet goals and deadlines Improves existing systems and policies Promotes and enforces safety in the workplace Oversees daily security operation functions Works closely with other departments Identifies improvement areas and plans and implements systems to boost company effectiveness Executes plans designed to meet company goals by changing policies and coaching employees Liaise with company top management to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors Evaluate overall performance of the company by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations
