Business Development Director Job Duties: Experience in business development of Security Agency Able to travel to India frequently Station in both Singapore & India Meet the requirements set by PLRD to be Director of Security Agency Assists top management in setting goals that promote company growth Provides advice and guidance to colleagues Develops plans to increase efficiency and reduce costs Improves existing systems and policies Works closely with other departments Identifies improvement areas and plans and implements systems to boost company effectiveness Executes plans designed to meet company goals by changing policies and coaching employees Liaise with company top management to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals Review financial information and adjust Company's budgets to promote profitability Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors Evaluate overall performance of the company by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations Strong Legal Knowledge to advise top management of the Company Able to work during weekend and public holiday to meet client and tender interview
