Automation Engineer

We’re seeking a skilled and driven Automation Engineer (Robotics) to design, develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions that streamline processes, boost efficiency, and enhance product quality. Key Responsibilities Design, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks for software, hardware testing, and process optimization. Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions. Develop efficient scripts, test cases, and reusable documentation for automation tasks. Identify and implement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency. Troubleshoot and upgrade existing automation systems to ensure optimal performance. Stay informed on emerging technologies and integrate innovative practices. Provide training and technical support on automation tools and processes. Document workflows, test cases, and results for auditing and reference. Coordinate project timelines and stakeholder meetings for seamless delivery. Qualifications: Experience: 4–7 years in automation engineering, with a focus on robotics and process automation, AGV/AMR, Automated storage systems. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Linux, VBA, and other relevant programming languages. Development Practices: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Certifications: Certification in automation or related fields is advantageous. Industry Background: Experience in semicon, logistics or manufacturing is a plus.
