Network Service Assurance Analyst – Risk & Governance

Job Description Support internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, compliance assessments, and governance activities for APAC Network Services. Gather, validate, and prepare technical evidence and documentation for audit and regulatory requests. Partner with network engineering teams to assess risks, controls, remediation activities, and issue management. Track audit findings, risk items, and remediation actions to ensure timely resolution. Prepare clear written responses, reports, and stakeholder updates for audit, risk, and compliance purposes. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in network engineering, infrastructure, technology risk, audit, or compliance support. Strong understanding of networking technologies, including routing, switching, WAN, SDN, network security, and Cisco environments. Experience working in enterprise technology environments with exposure to change management processes. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Experience with JIRA or similar workflow and tracking tools. Banking or financial services experience preferred. Certifications such as CCNA, CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CISSP are advantageous.
