Protect Technical Analyst

Introduction to the Role We are hiring Technical Analysts to join a global operations team focused on keeping large-scale digital platforms safe. In this role, you’ll work with data, AI-powered tools, and detection systems to identify harmful content, improve automated processes, and support time‑sensitive investigations. Job Responsibilities Monitor and maintain content detection pipelines to ensure accuracy and effectiveness Use SQL and data tools to analyze trends, track performance, and generate insights Configure and optimize rule-based systems to proactively detect harmful content Review and validate AI-generated results to improve detection quality Conduct investigations by linking related accounts, content, and behaviors Prepare reports and dashboards for operational and business reviews Identify system issues and escalate where necessary Collaborate with internal teams on high-priority and time-sensitive cases Requirements 1–3 years’ experience in data analytics, technical operations, or similar roles Working knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data Basic familiarity with Python or scripting concepts Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Nice to Have Experience in trust & safety, fraud detection, cybersecurity, or investigations Exposure to data visualization or BI tools Experience working with AI/ML tools or automated systems Important Note This role may involve reviewing sensitive or graphic content (e.g. violence, harmful or offensive material).
