Pt Clinic Assistant (Gp, Tanglin Halt)

We are looking for Part-time Clinic Assistants for our My Family Clinic Branch @ Tanglin Halt You will be required to work based on the following schedule: Monday - Friday 6:30pm - 9:30pm Saturday 8:00am - 1:00pm What You'll be Doing Perform daily operational duties at outpatient Clinic. Registration of patients and provide frontline customer service. Process prescription accurately and dispensing of medicines. Process of billing transactions under different Government schemes and managed care programmes. Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items. Operate Clinic Management System. Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Clinic Supervisor/Doctor. What We Are Looking for Preferably Entry Level specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent. Prior experience in outpatient GP clinic operations preferred. Familiar with MOH regulatory requirements for Clinic will be an added advantage. Computer literacy.
