About this role

This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to build real-world experience in office administration while contributing to staff engagement activities across a dynamic and global organization. You will work closely with an experienced team and play a meaningful role in the day-to-day success of our Singapore branch. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to management and staff, including document preparation and correspondence handling. Collaborate with the management team to support the rollout of global policies. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence. Help plan and organize company events, meetings, and conferences. Support day-to-day operations by processing invoices and assisting with expense management. Contribute as a committee member for the Allianz Dinner & Dance 2026. Liaise with local vendors and service providers, and assist with contract administration. Support process and framework mapping, document key procedures, and assist colleagues across teams. Coordinate with internal teams to keep communication flowing smoothly across the office. Support the Senior Office Manager and Head of Branch with ad hoc projects and activities. Key requirements Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Communication, Business, Information Technology or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or similar) and the ability to leverage these in daily tasks such as drafting documentation, summarising information, and improving workflow efficiency. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Strong attention to detail, with a well-organized and structured approach. A self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude.
