Prepare necessary equipment and ensure patients are ready for treatment. Perform clinical procedures such as cannulation. Educate and provide recommendations to patients to improve their condition. Monitor patients' vital signs and ensure safety throughout the dialysis process. Maintain accurate documentation of patients’ progress and treatment. Comply with nursing and infection control standards and regulations. Clean and sterilize treatment stations in accordance with guidelines and procedures. Perform other assigned duties as required.
