M&E Coordinator

Competitive Remuneration Package Great Career Exposure and Growth Convenient Working Location As a M&E Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties: Coordinate and supervise Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works to ensure timely project delivery in accordance with project schedules and quality standards. Prepare and monitor M&E work schedules based on the overall project master programme. Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to ensure smooth execution of M&E works. Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications. Review M&E drawings, shop drawings, technical submissions, method statements, and material submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements. Identify, coordinate, and resolve design discrepancies, technical issues, and interface conflicts between M&E, architectural, and structural works. Monitor subcontractors' performance and ensure all M&E works comply with company standards, statutory regulations, and authorities' requirements. Assist in the management and evaluation of variation orders, site instructions, and project changes. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline. Relevant experience in coordinating M&E works for building or construction projects is preferred.
