Reputable Organization Attractive Remuneration Package Good Career Progression As a Senior Executive, Membership Relations, you will be responsible for the following duties: Managed daily Membership and Guest Services operations by handling customer enquiries, resolving feedback, and processing membership applications, renewals, and related transactions. Performed opening and closing procedures, ensuring accurate shift documentation and operational readiness at all times. Collaborated with front-of-house teams to deliver seamless, efficient, and high-quality membership and guest services. Worked closely with the Marketing team to support membership programmes, promotional campaigns, and member engagement events. Maintained the confidentiality and accuracy of member information while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and service standards. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
