Asset Administrator - Contract

Roles & Responsibilities IT Assets Management - Maintain assets record such as laptops, mobile phones, servers, network device, user accounts and access etc. for the company. Establish the hardware asset management database to track and control all the in-scope assets. Support the daily operation of the IT and Office Operation by performing administrative tasks. Define and document data elements and types to be captured. Schedule and perform wall-to-wall joint verification as well as hardware asset tagging with RFID Tag. Handle general enquiries and administrative duties. Liaise with vendors on procurement, general matters, and maintenance of office. Flexible to perform with additional assignments. Requirements Minimum NITEC in relevant discipline Familiar with Excel formulas sunch as Vlookup, Pivot table, Formulars and etc. Knowledge of IT hardware and peripherals such as laptops model, tablets, printers and etc. Comfortable to work in a healthcare environment.
