About this role

Job Description: Oversee the daily facilities operations and maintenance activities to ensure smooth and efficient building operations. Coordinate and supervise maintenance works. Monitor the performance of vendors and contractors to ensure services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements and company standards. Plan, schedule, and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance works. Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and common areas to identify maintenance issues and ensure a safe working environment. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues relating to building services and facilities systems. Support facilities-related projects, renovations, installations, and upgrading works. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements. Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, service reports, inspections, and equipment documentation. Coordinate meetings with contractors, tenants, clients, or stakeholders when required and follow up on action items. Prepare reports, quotations, work schedules, and other facilities-related documentation. Respond to operational issues and emergencies in a timely and professional manner. Assist in budgeting, cost control, and procurement of facilities-related services and materials. Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time. Job Requirements: Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or its equivalent. Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, building maintenance, property management, or a related field. Experience in managing contractors and coordinating maintenance works. Committed, positive attitude & able to handle projects independently Knowledge of building services, including mechanical, electrical, fire protection, air-conditioning, and other facilities systems will be an advantage.
