About this role

Responsibilities: Supports HBM PC operations by performing manual pushing of reclaim wafers in shark cages from Fab to Loading Dock, Manual loading and unloading of FOSBS/FOUPs from storage(including from loading dock/warehouse) to PC Fab Sharkcages/Sorter/Olus tools, Ensuring safe material handling and uninterrupted production flow in accordance with safety and operational procedures. TM will be moving around in Fab cleanroom environment and also Loading dock to receive FOSB/FOUP/wafers and unpacking carton boxes
