Legal Support (Contract Convertible To Perm)

We are assisting our client in finding an organized and dedicated professional for a six-month temporary assignment. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact between internal staff, external lawyers, and fund managers. Oversee the daily performance of external corporate secretarial vendors. Handle Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation and related inquiries from business partners. Help monitor legal compliance for both domestic and international company branches. Make sure all required government and regulatory paperwork is submitted punctually. Assist with various legal transactions, document processing, and deal finalizations. What We Are Looking For: Strong computer skills, especially with standard office software. Very attentive to detail, self-driven, and capable of finding solutions to daily challenges. Can manage tasks independently but also works well within a collaborative group setting.
