Barista (5.5 Workdays Per Week)

Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently Take customer orders and handle payments accurately Provide friendly and attentive customer service Maintain cleanliness of the café, including workstations, equipment, and seating areas Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times Assist in opening and closing duties of the outlet Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary Prepare simple food items or light snacks Support promotional activities or new product launches Requirements Singaporean and PR only Able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays Able to commit 5.5 workdays per week Prior barista experience is an advantage A detailed eye for cleanliness and presentation Ability to be flexible and adapt to high-pressure situations Passion to provide outstanding and positive customer experience Out going and strong personality, positive attitude and effective communication skills. Must be efficient and well organized Must be creative and open to preparing new drinks
