Job Summary Prepare and serve beverages, manage customer orders and cashier duties, maintain café cleanliness and stock, and support daily operations to ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages following company standards to ensure quality and consistency Take customer orders accurately and perform cashier duties when required to facilitate smooth transactions Maintain cleanliness of the café, workstations, equipment, and dining area to uphold hygiene and safety standards Monitor and restock ingredients, cups, and supplies to ensure uninterrupted service Follow food safety, hygiene, and service protocols to maintain compliance and customer safety Assist with simple food preparation and serving as needed to support kitchen operations Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally to enhance customer satisfaction Support daily opening and closing duties to ensure readiness and proper shutdown of café operations Collaborate closely with team members to maintain efficient and smooth café operations Preferred competencies and qualifications Prior barista or F&B experience preferred but not compulsory Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is an advantage Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Demonstrate a good customer service attitude Responsible and punctual work ethic Vaelynn Talent Pte Ltd · Licence No. 25C3079 Recruitment services provided in accordance with MOM regulations.
