About this role

Key Responsibilities Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations. Handle correspondence, phone calls, emails, and document management. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and other business documents. Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and government agencies when required. Maintain office supplies, assets, and company records. Assist with HR administrative duties, including onboarding, leave records, and personnel documentation. Support finance-related administrative work, such as invoice processing, payment tracking, and filing. Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient workflow. Perform other administrative duties assigned by management. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline. At least 1-2 years of relevant office administration experience . Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Able to prioritise work and meet deadlines. Proactive, resourceful, and able to learn new tasks quickly. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of spoken and written English. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with accounting software or HR administration will be an advantage. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in an SME or technology-related company. Familiarity with Singapore corporate administrative processes. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
